My Story

Creator's story 

I struggled with eczema and dermatitis since I was 13. Growing up, I never followed a healthy diet and ate a lot of oily processed foods.

 

I was prescribed a medication called Accutane from my dermatologist, but it didn’t help at all—in fact, it made my skin much worse. I didn’t notice anything at first, but after a month, the rashes began to spread rapidly across my body and face. I also became allergic to sunlight, at night I also felt like my skin was on fire. I went back to my dermatologist informing him of these reactions and he explained that usually the medication would take a few months to actually work and that he had never heard of my reactions previously with any other patients. After reluctantly of using the medication for another month, I decided to stop as things had gotten worse.

"This was the moment that I lost all trust in the medical profession and decided to take things into my own hands".


I couldn’t go outside and live a normal life, and I couldn’t even play sports because I was allergic to my own sweat. I was forced to drop out of school and stop my martial arts training which I loved. I spent months researching healthy foods, switched to eating organic, and cut out sugar from my diet. I educated myself about the harmful chemicals and plastics we unknowingly consume every day and started to read personal development books to help me stay motivated and keep from falling into depression.


This experience taught me the importance of eating healthy and staying aware of what we put in our bodies—things that not many people realize. If you’re wondering, yes, I still sometimes crave fast food, but I no longer crave sugar.

 

The reason I’m sharing this is not just to talk about my journey, but to help anyone else struggling with skin issues or health problems.

 

Don’t always rely on medications—they come with nasty side effects that big pharma does not want you to learn.
